Mario Biagioli gives talk at the National Academies of Science on Open Access and Scientific Publishing

Mario's talk, "How We Got Here: Turning Points in Science Publishing" is part of a larger discussion of the state of academic publishing and efforts to increase access to the results of federally funded scientific research.
