Please join us this coming Monday, March 14, Noon, for a "Food for
Thought" event. Read the paper "Of Foams and Formalisms" and come
prepared to share pizza and discussion with Sophia Roosth. Roosth is an
interdisciplinary scholar, with a PhD from MIT in the STS. She is author
of "Screaming Yeast: Sonocytology, Cytoplasmic Milieus, and Cellular
Subjectivities" (Critical Inquiry, 2009). Her current project is
entitled: "Crafting Life: A Sensory Ethnography of Fabricated
Biologies".
1246 SSH (aka Deathstar), easiest way to find it is to enter the parking
lot between Young & SSH off A St. At the end of the parking lot
turn right and walk between two buildings. Off to your left is a sliding
glass door. 1246 is inside to your left.
