Biography:

Interests

Chinese legal system, traditional Chinese legal culture especially on the civil justice system in the late imperial China, comparative legal philosophy. She is currently researching on the Chinese reception of Western law-IP as an example.

Experience: Lecturer, School of Law, University of Aberdeen, UK 2005-2008; honorary Professor, China University of Political Science and Law, 2011-; Visiting scholar, London School of Economies, 1994-1995; Lecturer, Chinese Training Center for Senior Judges, Supreme People’s Court, China, 1990-1995.
